2014 was a big year far for the Retro 2 as Jordan Brand has introduced a few modern colorways, most notably Infrared 23 and Nightshade, to liven up the classic silhouette. Another one made its debut that year the Air Jordan 2 Retro “Iron Purple” colorway. Two shades of purple, Iron Purple and Dark Concord mark this retro that also features an Infrared 23 Wings logo and speckled midsole and laces. The upper features a unique blend of materials, with an embossed pattern on the heel and toe area along with leather and Nubuck. 

Grey is predominant on the upper as Iron Purple details the midsole, laces, and heel accompanied by Infrared speckling.
